Donncha brewed his first homebrew in April 2016, and released his first commercial beer in December of that year.
A year later he was a full time brewer at Dig Brew Co in Birmingham.
He won the “Raise The Bar” competition with them in 2019, that lead him to Head Brewer role at Evolution.
In 2020 Evolution was wound down, and Donncha moved to Southampton to lead Tap It Brewing Company through a major expansion as Head Brewer.
During lockdown three at the beginning of 2021; Crop was born.
In 2022 we moved into our new home at The Greenwich, Southsea, Portsmouth.
The story is just beginning.
